Developing effective management style to deal with challenges and problems arising from implementing new organization structure requires effective skills to reduce the resistance to reach mission and objectives in the new organization. Effective
Management style improves employees effectiveness and efficiency, encourage and inspire subordinates accomplishments, facilitate action and guide changes and provide planning and organization to lead the group to accomplish goals and objective. An effective manager must have the following skills:
Create an effective message:
Investigate the specific informational needs of executives, middle managers, supervisors and employees, and create a message to satisfy each audience. The message must explain how employees must perform day-to-day and how their performance affects the company's objectives. The message also must convey the employee’s value and pride of employees, a direct face to face interaction will reinforce positive attitude and encourage employee to give their full support. The message must be communicated on a regular basis to reinforce the changes.
Supportive Behavior: Operation manger must create a friendly environment, by showing consideration to need of subordinate, encourage open and informal communication, and recognize individual personality characteristics to adapt his/her leadership style accordingly.

Monitoring and Mentoring: Provided instruction and coaching as needed and investigate the challenges that management are facing and find solution to resolves their problems.
