The word ‘ethics’ is derived from the ancient Greek word ‘ethos’ which “means nice character” ( Spyros G and Tina)

There are two aspects of ethics: the first involves the ability to determine right from wrong, good from evil, and propriety from impropriety: the second involves the commitment to do what is right, good and proper. Ethics is not simply an idea, ethics is an action concept.
Values can be defined as things that are important or valued by someone, group or in an organization. Values are those things that really matter to each other the ideas and beliefs we hold as special.
