1.1) INTRODUCTION TO SME.

DEFINATION OF SME
SME is a company which do business by employing fewer employees and don’t gain a lot of money like the big companies. They are also very helpful because we can find them in every place, because they don’t need a lot of budget. These enterprises are one of the most important tools for economic growth of a country. According to (DIT, 2007) department of trade and industry, SME is defined as a company employing between 1-249 employers, while medium sized employ between 50-250 employees.

CHARACTERSTICS OF SME
The above definition implies SME are less than larger companies. This shows they have few resources (financial and human) including few strategies of implementing the business. But SME are also the major power for innovation for a lot of business today. For example, let’s say if someone had a small garage in his area, after a few days/month he might get an emotion to expand his small enterprise. Therefore he has to come up with new plan, new effort and new system in order to have competitive advantage.

BENEFITS OF USING INFORMATION SYSTEM IN SME
Besides all the disadvantages of IT, (LEVEY and POWELL 1998) concur that IT is used in SME to reduce cost and administrative activity. The more we use IT the more we reduce expense the more reliable decision we make. Including (KOTELNIKOV 2007),’ICT helps SME to create business opportunities and combat pressure from competition’. Internet helps SME to gain more knowledge about the marketing environment. However,(clarke,1996,1997;neches et al,1994;schofield,1997;cerf,1998;lane,1998) this authors and researchers expressed how much difficult it is to do business on the internet. This is mostly because of security problem like virus and so on.

Hello fresh is an enterprise which helps people to prepare easy and healthy foods. People don’t have to go groceries to shop or markets. They take care of meal planning and do shopping to the customers. Every week the enterprise delivers complete ingredient for a meal straight to customer’s door. They don’t charge extra for the delivery, it is included in the price. Including Customers don’t have to worry about the payment because they have secure online payment. The enterprise chooses freshness and includes organic items as standard. It will supply three to five high quality recipes a week, depending on the customer’s preference. The other thing is all the recipes are created by world class chefs on which the meals are delicious and prepared with in 30 min.
