This paper is about how a business should go about producing a product. It discusses the different types of manufacturing options, assembly only, outsources or offshore. The paper will reveal which option will be suitable for this business venture. In addition, discussing the role of the management team and their 4 functions planning, leading, controlling, and organizing in which will help in developing the product.
Management the Best Way to Produce a Product: Planning, Leading, Controlling and Organizing
After coming up with an invention used in the household on a daily basis which is safer for the consumer. Then, taking on a limited partner to help fund and open the store, and finding a way to finance the expansion of the company. It is time for the company to do some more expanding and for management to make a major decision. Assembly only, outsources and offshore are 3 possible directional options for the company. A good management team is going take action and decide on the best option for the company. Management is divided into 4 basic functions, planning, leading, controlling, and organizing.
When planning for a business there are 3 main things you have to keep in mind, goals of the business, developing strategies to accomplish those goals and propose, consider and prepared plans for executing the strategies. Then the management team take these plans and presents them to the employees, this is where leading starts. Leading is another function that management handles, a good manager will be able to give orders, motivate the employees, and get positive results.
