Keunggulan : Mission Statement Under Armour sangat sederhana sehingga dapat dengan mudah dihapal dan dipahami oleh pekerja baik dari level atas (management) maupun sampai tingkat paling bawah. Dengan demikian, besar kemungkinan mision statement tersebut akan mudah untuk dicapai oleh perusahaan tersebut. Kelemahan: Sesuai dengan visi Under Armour yaitu menjadi brand pakaian olahraga terbaik di dunia, misi tersebut terlalu sederhana. Untuk menjadi brand terbaik didunia, tentunya bukan hanya konsentrasi pada produk, pasar, maupun tehnologi seperti yang disebutkan dalam mission statement Under Armour, namun juga penting untuk konsentrasi pada survival, growth, profitability, public image, and employees dimana aspek tersebut tidak terdapat dalam mission statement Under armour. Dengan berkonsentrasi pada survival, growth, and profitability, maka perusahaan menyatakan komitmennya untuk terus tumbuh dan berkembang dengan keuntungan yang menjanjikan sehingga bisa menjadi yang terbaik di dunia. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu berkomitmen untuk membangun citra perusahaan di mata masyarakat (public image) karena masyarakat juga sekaligus konsumen dan lingkungan bagi perusahaan. Aspek penting lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah employees. Employees merupakan komponen penting bagi perusahaan karena pada dasarnya employees adalah penggerak perusahaan.
