1. Introduction
1. Objective of the Study
• To identify the objectives of the project.
• To identify the organizational setup of the project organization.
• To identify the implementation process of the project.
• To identify peoples participation in the project.
• To identify some common scenario of projects undertaken by the government of Bangladesh.
• To specify the problems regarding the project.
• To suggest a number of recommendations to improve the over all efficiency of the project organization.
2. Methodology of the study
This study is carried out based on data obtained from both primary and secondary sources.
Primary Data:
Primary data will be collected through a questioning to the employees, constructed specially for this report.
Secondary Data:
Published documents, various books, journals, other official reports were the major sources of secondary data. I have gone through the desk level information, organization survey, review of institutional process, interview of key informants’ entrusted with the personnel management’s functions and by others are the sources of secondary data like web sites.
3. Limitations of the Study
The study is not free from some practical limitations. Following limitations have faced during the study and the time of working & data collection:
• Time is the main limitation for my study. Due to unavailability of sufficient time, it is not possible to collect primary data in all the area.
• Political unrest and MSS final exam also act as barrier to collect and process data to prepare this report.
• Due to lack of practical experience, some errors might be occurred during the study. Therefore maximum efforts have given to avoid mistakes.
