Introduction

The research topic that some people try to fit into their persona is Management in Human Resources.   The reason this was chosen is because of how people look for a human resource officer to try so hard to make people fit in to a business or company of their choice.   Management in Human Resources can be very timid, because you have to try and meet the needs and standards of all the employees.   So this information that is provided will show exactly what happens in the field of Human Resource Management.

Plan of Action

Management in Human Resources can be when management bridges the gap between clients and the company.   There are many roles and job duties that are required of person(s) who would work in this field.   The roles of a manager in Human Resources can be a very demanding job and also rewarding.   Depending on the size of a business, or company and the Human Resources manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and giving out the employee benefits.   Being in human resources you will have to deal with a lot of things some that you would consider to be problems that have to be sent to a higher authority and some you would just sit there and laugh to yourself about.

In the human resource field, you have to deal with major problems such as sexual harassment, hiring and firing of an employee, orientation of the new hires , and most important of all the discussing of pay raises with head departments about their employees.   Being in Human Resources there are things that employees expect from you more than what they would expect from their own manager.   Some mangers try to use the Human Resource managers as their strengths because they know some of the employees will look up to the Human Resource person before they would their own manager.
