Management Aspect:
We came up with the business’ name “You’re design, you’re music”, Basically, The accessories that our costumer will buy are preferably their own choice, and they can even make an on the spot accessories of their own choice too. From the design up to the last details of the accessories, they will be the one to decide. We chose this kind of business because, both of us love music and love making accessories, so we decided to combine our likes and skills to came up with a unique and appropriate business for music lovers.
The form of business we proposed to put up is a Partnership business. In Partnership, it will be easy to manage the business because we can combine our ideas and manage our time to manage well the business, even if one have errands, the other can take over the business. The advantage of putting up a new business is that, it will be attracting to people because it’s new to their eyes.
The initial capital is 450,000.00 – 500,000.00. The members will contribute 250,000 .00 each. The following are the name of the Partner and their contribution.

Both partners agreed to share the losses and income of the business, any financial problem will also be shared by them.
With the proposed business, the managing partner will be Ms Jackielyn Estiller, her duties shall cover the Accessories, she will be the one to buy and choose the different tools and equipments in making the instrument accessories. Ms. Diana Jane Santiago as the managing partner too, her duties are to choose the different instrument accessories to buy, she is also be the one to make displays as an example since she’s good at painting and designing.
