1.1 The purpose and benefits of planning work is you’ll get a lot more done, be able to meet deadlines and show your boss and colleagues that you can do it. Also you will get more positive feedback by getting the job done efficiently. It shows that you can use your own initiative and look at the bigger picture. When looking at the bigger picture it just shows how efficiently things can be done. I had a time when I needed to get a lot of things done in a day but the day before I never had a plan; I didn’t get a lot of things done in that day. However the next day I have a time scheduled plan and I got everything done within that day and more.
1.2 This will make the company grow and will make it reach its full potential. Regarding this it makes you more comfortable within your work environment and doesn’t let you have any stress or fear of making yourself or others jobs at risk. It help a lot with meeting deadlines and targets within the working environment. When getting work done and reaching goals in the set time this is an achievement not just to yourself but to the company as well. It shows that the company has hard working people working for them. Once you have reached you goals this reflects on the company and shows other company’s how successful your company really is.
1.3 If you think out a plan it can give the work place a clear idea about what is going to go on during the day. Planning stops things from happening twice if things happen twice by to different people this can waste time. This gives you good time keeping skills and help you mange time efficiently so you don’t waste time. Not wasting time help to reach goals and targets within the deadline. Also if you every require resources for this type of thing you can make sure that the specific thing you require is available if there is an obstacle in the way you have time to resolve the problem. This will make life easier if you are establishing
