If the grinding size from cyclone collector becomes coarse suddenly, it may be because the currency of classifier is too big. If this Raymond mill phenomenon is very frequency, stop blower and then open classifier, when it reach the rotating speed, re-open the Raymond mill blower.
If Raymond mill noise becomes abnormal or currency becomes big suddenly, we must stop Raymond mill and check every part, when you resolve the problem and then Raymond mill operator begins to normal grinding production.
