We advice that you take out fully comprehensive insurance including death, medical expenses, injury, delays, loss and damage of property. Sunny Safaris Ltd will not be held responsible for any such claims.
NB: Tickets of medical evacuation insurance are available on request.
RESERVATIONS, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A deposit of 50% will be required for reservations, and the balance can be paid upon your arrival in Arusha at our main office located on; Col. Middleton Road/Stadium Road. You may use cash and we welcome Visa Card but with surcharge 5%. Alternatively you can wire the full amount into our Bank account prior to the date of service.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, less than 35 days prior to date of commencement of the service will result in a cancellation fee of 100%. Sunny Safaris Ltd reserves the right to cancel all your bookings if payment is not received 35 days prior to date of service.
REFUND POLICY
A cancellation fee of 30 % of the quoted price will apply plus any additional 3rd party payment.
