A character that refuses to dominate anyone and offers himself to any person from his humble nature is a faithful servant of the world and all who belongs to it.

I don’t think I have to explain what the historical context was in 1940, but is the filming year of The Great Dictator, one of the masterpieces of Charles Chaplin. We have seen, throughout history, that in difficult and tragic times, great personalities rise and bring out the best of themselves in order to give a lesson to the most powerful people, who should be guided to live in love and set an example to find our souls in a global harmony. As then, we are living in a difficult time and we, humanity, YOU! have the power to create change.

The final speech of this movie reminds us that in goodness, fraternity and beauty is where we can find human essence. Happiness and brotherhood are essential for all beings on earth.

Time has passed in which greed and selfishness have strayed us from our true course of peace. However, life is so rich and without bitterness, that it’s never too late to find a balanced road.

These set of qualities, inherent in man, are the things that have been responsible for developing technology and human progress, which have asked us to recover the road in order to escape despair, sadness and envy that blurs our vision and distracts us from hope…

Hatred, anger and cruelty are not human; they must be doomed to disappear.

For that reason, Rock & Love shows this speech to appeal all human beings, as Chaplin did with his masterpiece, for us to find authentic humanity and to remind us how simple the road is; when you get it, you will glow and your smile will shine.

Look for the distinction and flow exceptionally. If you discover this, you will notice that we are all part of the same world and your differences are only here to make you feel closer to all those who populate the planet.

Nothing and nobody will stand in your way, this is a decision that will take you into

This is Vanesha Winningham, owner and CEO of Pollcypian Insurance Services. I’m sure you are aware of the many years this company has been contracted to clean for our company. Your company has gotten great reviews from us in the past, but within the last year your service has been far from the usual. When I come in each morning, offices are not cleaned thoroughly; there are many of your chemicals left in some of our busiest hallways, and several other messes throughout my business. I have contacted you several times upon the matter and although you assure me the job will be done correct next time, your company still keeps falling up short. The final straw was on last Friday when your night cleaning shift left our office unlocked. From midnight to 8 AM my facility was susceptible to break-ins, which at this point, I cannot risk happen.…

Jonathan Edwards is one of the most dominant figures in 18th century American religion, a fiery revivalist preacher and a pioneer in the Reformed Church, which would eventually be today's United Church of Christ. The fifth child of Rev. Timothy and Esther Edwards, Jonathan was the only boy in their family of 11 children. He was born in 1703 in East Windsor, Connecticut. Edwards' smartness was noticeable from an early age. He went to Yale before he was 13 years old and graduated as the valedictorian. Three years later he received his master's degree. At the age of 23, Jonathan Edwards succeeded his grandfather, Solomon Stoddard, as pastor of the church in Northampton, Massachusetts. It was the richest and most influential church in the colony, outside of Boston. Jonathan Edwards married Sarah Pierpoint in 1727. They had three sons and eight daughters. Edwards was a key figure in the Great Awakening, a period of religious passion in the middle of the 18th century. Not only did this movement bring people to the Christian faith, but it also influenced the fathers of the Constitution, who guaranteed freedom of religion in the United States.…

As humans, conflict pervades every aspect of our lives; it is inevitable. Whether it’s between good and evil, strength and weakness or love and hate, can only define our true natures. It is the test of inner conflict that can ultimately reveal our noble qualities or magnify or vindictive characters. As Mahatma Gandhi once said “an eye for an eye can only make the whole world blind”…

At point in my life, this paper would have been easier to write because my issues were easily identifiable. I was a professed Christian who had a hard time forgiving those who hurt me. I would hold grudges against them for long periods of time. However, when I was wrong, I would not apologize but I expected to be forgiving right away. I would always reconcile with the person I offended, but never would I apologize or admit my faults to them. I thought my actions were acceptable because they never seem to end my relationships. I was described as nice and loved by all. People accepted me because my good actions surpassed my bad actions; therefore, I saw no need to change. When I got married, those same skills I developed began to create strife in my home. I didn’t understand the friction because my style worked for me for over 30 years. My husband also fell in love with me because I was nice, caring and loving. The acceptance and love I received form others led me to believe that I was fine and caused me to wonder, what was wrong with my husband. I had a desire to get closer to God but something was hindering me. As I got into my Bible and was prayerful, God used one of my trusted Elders to help me see that I battled with a spirit of pride that caused me to be critical, selfish, and manipulative along with plenty of other ugly things.…
