Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring
This movie is really an excellent classic that is set in a fantasy world. I havent read the books but i think the movie was very well done, you never get tired of "Lord Of The Rings". It's a new experience every time you watch it and the follow ups are at least as god as the first one. The book was written a long time ago but was made into a movie very resently, so one thing I'm disapointed at is that the movie Harry Potter has copied Lord of the Rings a lot. Many of the things that happends in Lord of the Rings, the Harry Potter books and movies coopied and made a little bit different. Like the big spider in Lord of the rings, the shemonster, that thing exist in the Harry Potter movie but isn't called the "shemonster". An other thing is tha the school headmaster in Harry Potter, Dumbledoore, is very similar to the wizard Gandalf who has a very big role in the Lord Of The Rings movies. That's why i like Lord Of The Rings so much more than Harry Potter, because it's original and a classical film, compared to the Harry Potter movies who I think are just ripoffs of the Lord Of The Rings.
The best thing with the movie i chosed to write about is that you never get tired of it, it is just such a well done movie that you never know what's coming up next. That is unlike other movies that can be so predictable. It's also very funny, and so many things happends that is really thought through. The head character is Frodo who is a hobbit, that is a very small person, who have to take care of and destroy a very powerfull ring. The ring is owned by a very dark force who will do anything to get the ring back. Frodo has to be very carefull on his way to try to destroy the ring in the fires of Mordor. On his way he gets help from his hobbit friend, Sam. A really good thing is that you never have any questions about the film, you never ask yourself why they do a certain thing because it is all so clear.
