Summary
This study is focused on the Library Management System including the borrowing and returning of books also the fines and penalties of the students. This System is downloadable and serves as reference and using the Microsoft access application, it is an old software program but the important is system fitted or suitable to the office needs.
This system is a friendly user; it helps Librarian in-charged or the user for minimizing time, scanning and storing of file. The Librarian needs to gather the student’s information for the membership if he or she is already a member they can easily borrow and returned books.
In addition, the Library Management System assures the fines and penalties of students regarding with losing and late returning of books. The team interviewed some personnel who actively involved project and fixed the identical problems and suggestions.

CONCLUSION
This Library system used an application or software. Microsoft Access was used for our database. This software has a low capacity of storing data. Moreover, it is very useful or a friendly user to the school librarian, especially it has deferent transactions like borrowing, returning, book acquisition, library members and the book borrowed and returned by the students.
The team encountered further problems, since that library system is not yet in the package of SIIM’S. Despite this problem, the team was persistent in finding solutions. We have two options, make the system embedded directly to SIIM’S and another one that we have chosen is downloaded an executable program may serves as reference to the SIIM’S developers.
Based on the study conducted by the researchers, it is concluded that this system is compatible especially for school library; particularly for borrowing and returning of books also for the fines and penalties of the students.
