Abstract

In the contemporary world, the battle for dominance for the political systems to govern International Relations is still raging. The end of the Cold war and the fall of the Soviet Union has led to the rise of many Non state actors throughout the world. This paper aims to evaluate the rise of these different non state actors and their effect on global governance. Utilizing a descriptive and analytical approach, it will examine all complicated particulars regarding Non State Actors and its implications for International Relations using a theoretical perspective. In order to do so the paper will utilize neoliberalism to carry out a methodical examination. It will also expose the history of Non State Actors. It will elaborate how Non State Actors were started and how they began to occupy their current positions. More significantly, it provides an insightful analysis about Non State Actors in the current age using a theoretical perspective. It will complement the already existing material on Non State Actors and their role in today’s world as well as break new ground by viewing through the lens of Neo Liberalism.
