Liberal Arts
There are various ways in which I can depict liberal arts, in terms of my education, personal life, academic life as well as my professional life. The major influence of liberal art on our ongoing life is that it expands our ways of thinking and leads being critical thinkers which is at an extent very profitable. Some people define liberal arts as skill of freedom which at a certain extent would actually mean that, however, I believe that its definition would mostly be the extent of our vision in this present world. Thus, there are several ways in which this subject does influence me.
The way you comply with your mind In this world is very important for your person, future as well as the people surrounding you. People have different visions of things at an extent react differently in various situations. What distinguishes the people is their abstract level of thinking, moreover, there vision of the world. What I believe influences the level of the abstract thinking and the vision is education, in other means, high schools and universities. Additionally to that is what the person experiences during his early lifetime.
As an example, the University of st Thomas offers courses inferring liberal arts such as philosophy and English. This enhances the student’s abstract thinking and will later pursue the world at more extensive level. As an example, when a student are exposed to subjects that require extreme thinking they will eventually improve their abstract level thinking, however, this also all depends on the motivation of the student as well as his genes (that is based scientific factors).
At the present, liberal arts have enhanced my ways of depicting subjects as well as my abstract thinking in various situations. I can observe my improvement in that field as I always think deeply and more precisely into a matter before getting into action.
