• Another name for for a feature that identifies a service is the ‘Brand’

• The ‘Bank of England is referred to ‘the old lady of threadneedle street’ because because it has been located in its setting since 1734.

3. What country does this famous marmalade-loving, and now Marmite-loving, bear come from?

• Paddington in London, England

• This is a cash cow and in business terms, this would be a service/ business that generates high profit

• They are not hoovers because they are branded. Example: Henry hoover is a Brand that makes Hoovers, it isn’t just a hoover.
