Sorry to hear that you feel as though you are stuck in a rut and going nowhere. This quote came to mind after I learned of your situation. I am pleased that you have asked me for help and I believe that I have an idea that would help you in your search. A life coach is someone you hire to help assist you with your personal development, especially in the area of setting and achieving specific goals. I know that you want more, much more, for you and your family and I believe that a life coach could be the ticket to get you on your way. A life coach is a partner in planning, growth, and achievements. They help you keep your goals in mind, are honest with you, they are objective and keep you on the right track in the right direction. Make sure that you find the right life coach for you by researching and checking with those that they have helped before. I have read on the web about some of the specific ideas that a life coach uses with their clients and I would like to share them with you. I believe that these ideas will help you determine what you want to do to better your situation. You feel as though you are stuck in a rut and going nowhere and Kris, are not alone. We all have had that feeling at one time or another but the difference is that you have decided to step up and change all of that. First off, you need to set a goal and go for it! But you also need to make realistic goal such as aiming for achievements that are realistic, specific, can be measured and have a time frame for achieving success.
