Dear Ms. Jones:

I have been a customer of Posados Café for many years. I have always enjoyed the food and service that I have received while dining at Posados. On November 18, 2011, my family, friends, and I received very unacceptable service while dining at the Nacogdoches, Texas location. I was not pleased with the service or the food.

My family, friends, and I expected to have great service based on the experiences of our previous visits. While dining at the restaurant, we received very poor service, and the food was overpriced for the quality. We waited for our waitress to take our drink orders for 20 minutes, and they were not correct when we received them. I asked for tortillas and more salsa many times without receiving any; I finally stopped asking and waiting for her to return with these items. When we received our food, it was undercooked and of poor quality. I felt the food was overpriced for the quality. The waitress rarely stopped by our table to check on us; we had to ask for refills on our drinks many times before they were refilled.

I am writing this letter in hope that needed changes will be made. I do not plan to return to the restaurant until conditions improve. In all sincerity, I hope that I can return to this establishment and enjoy myself as I have on previous occasions. I greatly appreciate your time and consideration of this matter.
