Marketing environment is changing each day and sometimes this changes are reason for developments or major opportunities what Dibb, 2009 call strategic windows. This opportunities for Nestlé could be: financial and political changes, market redefinition, new legislations and regulations, new markets, technology or new distribution channels. Changes could be also cause of threats: by taxation policy, public opinion, breakdowns in supply chain, economic situation.
To sum up, marketing environment is affecting, in smaller or bigger degree, Nestlé strategy. They have to monitor all disturbances and develop their operations.
Legal issues have a specific law behind them, which will result in legal consequencesif you don't obey it. Example: murder of a newborn= murder so will have legal charges.
Ethical issues have no force of law, but are of a nature that affects the society around you, or has consequences for the people involved. Example= first trimester abortion= not illegal but an ethical issue, as the baby's father or grandparent may want the child alive. [continues]
