The act of smoking cigarettes causes harmful effects such as carbon monoxide,tar,nicotine, and many other harmful substances to the body. The risk for health problems for tobacco its self is much greater from second hand smoke. Some There are some differences between smokers and nonsmokers. As advertisements have shown on television that smoking is a way to relax and to be cool by smoking, but they never show the negative side of it. Is there anyone who does not know someone who smokes? Everyone has a family member,or friend, or coworker who smokes. Smoking is an extremely addictive habit that usually forms in the early teen years. The bad side effects of smoking is caused by nicotine. Once the smoker inhale a cigarette they may then feel the need or want for another hit. Smokers may have a change in personality or behavior It's usually a physical or mental issue going on in someones everyday life which may cause someone to start smoking. A smoker may get grouchy or violent and need a cigarette to relax ,but instead it is doing more damage to the human body. Most smokers wish to stop, but every 9 out 10 smokers are literally unable to do so. Also for smokers it puts them in a financial debt. Some people will spend their last few dollars to buy cigarettes. Nonsmokers are usually the ones who are against smoking. Unlike people who smoke Nonsmokers know the negative affects that smoking causes. They are very concerned with their health. Smoking
