Executive Summary

      Riordan Industries created in 1991 under the tutelage of Dr. Riordan who created a Fortune 1000 company specializing in plastic bottles, custom plastic parts, and plastic fan parts, heart valves, and medical stents. Their main headquarters located in San Jose, California is where research and development is located and their other manufacturing plants are located in Albany, Georgia, Pontiac, Michigan, and Hangzhou, China. With a revenue base excess of $1 billion and 550 employees this company has exceeded ISO 9000 standards giving Riordan Industries leaders in polymer materials and solutions of defining trends in the industry. The customers of Riordan industries consist of the Department of Defense, beverage makers, and home appliances, automotive industry, and aircraft. A diverse company in need of review of existing and needed business systems within Human Resources, Operations in shipping and receiving, Legal and Information Technology Finance and Accounting along with Sales and Marketing. Currently Riordan needs integration in various plants and current business systems they have now.
