Lara: I can contribute the ability of creative thinking and thinking outside the box to help with projects. I am very crafty and full of ideas. I am not a procrastinator and like to finish assignments on time.
Learning Team Goals

Lara: My goal is to leave the group with more knowledge and expertise on the subject at hand. A team goal is to have a productive team experience where each team member contributes equally to the team assignments by adding skill sets and abilities unique to each individual.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Lara: The barriers would be lack of communication and procrastination.
Ground Rules

Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, communication methods, etc.
Lara: Potential conflicts could be disagreement on progress of assignments or projects. One or many may feel that other team members may not be doing his/her part in a timely manner. The conflict will be resolved with a group discussion (via LT folder for tracking purposes) with team members. In any case, if team members cannot resolve the issue we will seek the opinion of our instructor.
