Leadership means to me St

I was asked what leadership means to me. Leadership, to me, is being able to motivate others, set a vision, have a connection, show respect to others, and, of course, lead by example. I strongly believe a leader should have an established characteristics of who they are, what they are capable of and what they know. Also, I believe that a good leaders are rather made rather than born into leadership. To becomeBecoming an effective leader, you have to have the desire and willpower to want and do more than those around. Good leaders are developed through a never- ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. Leaders that I know of have developed their skills and knowledge from self-study, education, training, and experience.
In my opinion, you should have these four traits as a leader, and they these traits do not come naturally. These traits should’ve been learned through work and study. The first trait is social intelligence, which is having the ability to communicate with others on an intellectual level. Secondly, having thetaking initiative is a very important characteristic as a leader. For instance, as a leader you should have the ability to use good judgment when encountering different situations. Sometimes not every solution works for every situation. As a leader you should be able to decide the best solution for every course of action. Another trait would be setting a good example for those around you. Many successful leaders need to have a grandeur that convinces their followers that they are worth being followed and . tThat the decisions made by them are the right ones. The last trait Lastly, would be inspiration to have that desire to continually work and study with dedication and hard work to improve leadership skills.
