A Literature Abstract
1. Introduction
Sophia Loren, an Italian film actress once said that the fountain of youth is in your mind, in your talents, in the creativity that exists in your life and the lives of those you love.   When one learns to tap into this source, they will truly have defeated age. There are many in the workforce whose age is much different than ones before them.   The maturity of the working class in many nations has gained a heighten appeal between empirical and departmental academicians in the capacity of a lifetime performance of their surroundings.   While most studies examined relationships between age and different forms of employee performance (Ng & Feldman 2008: Zacher, Heusner, Schmitz, Zwierzanska, & Frese, 2010), the analysis of affiliation among a different generations of leadership results has been abandoned.   This is ironic although previous doctrinal reviews stressed the significance of looking at the life issues that pertain to leadership, not much research is available in the body of psychological writings that analyze age as a Fluctuating variant.   Furthermore it is assumed that the connection between age and linkage of agedness is the undertaking of the maturation generation this could somehow entice leader’s actions and consequences.
The purpose of this literature abstract is to examine the contention among a leaders age and generatively in predicting three important criteria of leadership success:   follower perceptions of leader effectiveness, follower satisfaction with leader, and follower extra effort (Bass, 1985: Bass & Avolio, 1994).   It was also contend that regardless of age and accomplishments, a correlation may not exist concerning leaders, making it relative to a
