INTRODUCTION
Group Reflective report is an Optimal Method of learning that brings learning close to professional practice. (Revans, de Haan, 2005). This is a report in which our group uses reflection as a process to analyse the experiences and all the group incidents which occurred during our group assignments.
Reflection is defined as a form of mental processing or a form of thinking that we use to fulfil a purpose or to achieve some anticipated outcome. It is applied to relatively complicated or unstructured ideas for which there is no obvious solution. (Moon, 1999). From this definition, it can be inferred that reflection is directly linked to learning because it enables an individual or a group of individuals to refer to the past experiences, which then enables them to come up with new solutions and...
