To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my interest in pursuing a paralegal position of your firm as was recently made available, and have enclosed my background information below.

I am a graduate in Law and Business at Shue Yan University. I have previously completed 2-year internship in the Trusts and Investment Department of HSBC. In there I documented legal agreements and handled investment management agreements, took minutes for the meetings, worked on share transactions, performed unit trusts management and asset management such as quantitative analysis for risk management and tax strategies planning respectively. Before training I took a certificated course on Securities & Futures Ordinance authorized by Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and passed the required examinations. Through these experiences I have gained analytical skills and honed my commercial awareness as well. I also acquired the chance to participate in a merger between two transnational companies as the assistant management associate, where I had to coordinate departmental work and help solve any abruptness, and to give presentations to different levels of senior management every week. Though suffering great pressure in handling with tremendous tasks, I enjoyed my work and friendships with colleagues.
