Bacillus Cereus is a spore forming bacteria and therefore can obtain high temperatures without being killed. E-Coli is however not a spore forming bacteria and was killed by the high temperature in 45 seconds. The last bacteria, Serratia Marcescens is not spore forming but seemed to kill the bacteria at 60 seconds but not at 300 seconds. These results were very helpful in finding out which of these bacteria’s are spore forming and which of them are not.
