Kudler Fine Foods - Personal Values
Values are defined as the individual or culture beliefs.   There are different type of values such as ethical/moral, ideological, social and artistic values. Personal values are evolved from the external factors and can often change over the time.   Personal values guide individual to make right decisions on the basis of comparison of choices’ associated values. In addition to personal life, an individual’s personal values also play vital role in the business world.   The purpose of this document is to provide reasoning as to how personal values of mine will align with the values of Kudler Fine Food business and how that might affect the performance of me as a manager in that company.  
Personal Values
The results of from Williams Institute of Ethics Awareness Inventory were closer to Obligation and least close to Character perspectives.   According to the EAI (Williams Institute for Ethics and Management, 2003), I “base my ethical perspectives on individual duty and obligation to do what is morally right.”   It means that instead of concentrating on the results, I would rather look at the intentions and what steps were taken to get to the results. I believe what path we choose to get desirable results is crucial.   Reaching outcomes can be done many ways, ethically and unethically, but we need to follow rules and regulations in accordance to morality.   I strongly consider that ethical conduct focuses on ‘conscience’.   I believe in outcomes are not important until unless they are accomplished using the right motive(s).   My ethical style is to give respect to each and ever y individual and therefore, I can not support the procedures and policies that only aim for the interests of society as a whole.   I believe that individuals should be given the right to voice their opinions and make decisions.
