1. Introduction

Meshing the good old Singapore coffee shop traditions with modern food court management style and contemporary store designs, Koufu is one of Singapore’s most established food court operators.

They endeavor to share the positive aspects of the Singaporean coffeeshop traditions with people around the world. Providing an easygoing way to conveniently enjoy the best variety of tasty authentically prepared food and beverages economically affordable for everyone. Being a food court operator, Koufu manages the daily operations of the entire food court inclusive of the stalls. Handling matters pertaining to the food court, ranging from the selection of the tenants to the overall maintenance of hygiene and facilities, and the welfare of the employees.

Punggol Plaza (Shopping Mall) and Fernvale Point (Shopping Mall) are developed and owned by Abundance Development Pte Ltd which is also a subsidiary of Koufu Pte Ltd. It serves close to 100,000 residents around both estates that cater to their daily needs at these “one stop” shopping centres.

Popularity is increasing as Koufu constantly seeks and demands new and high standards for their food. They follow closely to their mission statement that promises “better food, better people, a better life” which has brought them to what they are today.
