* Включить область навигации по условиям поиска Bangladesh, March 12 -- Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) is facing trouble getting tax holiday facility against its exports and handing over industrial lands to foreign investors due to bureaucratic tangle, it has been learnt. The owning company Youngone Group exported its first consignment in December, 2011, but it did not get the tax holiday as its facility had expired before starting export. Youngone Corporation founder and chairman, Kihak Sung, last week wrote a letter to the Finance Ministry and The National Board of Revenue (NBR) to immediately approve the extension of the tax holiday facility in favour of export from KEPZ. "We have applied to the government to extend the tax holiday facility. The company started exporting footwear to Europe after facing a number of problems. Now we want tax holiday in favour of our exports," Kihak Sung said adding that the company was seeking immediate approval of tax holiday as it had been promised by the government. Besides, the company was still struggling in handing over industrial lands to other foreign companies owing to lack of registry permission, he added. "Without registry permission foreign investors are not interested to start factory constructions," Kihak Sung said.
