Start your journey with Rosetta Stone software. Use Audio Companion to continue the experience. How do I use my Audio Companion?
This product complements Rosetta Stone® language-learning software. It is not a stand-alone course. After you have completed your interactive lesson, use the Audio Companion® product to reinforce that lesson by practicing when you are away from your computer. You can download the tracks to your mobile MP3 player or burn a CD. Note: To play your Audio Companion on an audio-only CD player, you may need to burn an audio CD for each Unit. For instructions, go to the Rosetta Stone Support Center and search for “MP3”. You will hear sound cues to help you navigate your Rosetta Stone Audio Companion. Lesson Number. A series of rising tones indicates the Lesson number. Listen and Repeat. The “Speak” tone means that in the next exercise, you will listen and repeat after the native speaker. End of Lesson. A chime means that you have reached the end of the current Lesson.

What’s included?
Each Unit contains 4 Lessons. Each Lesson consists of a sequence of exercises. • Pronunciation. Following the format of Rosetta Stone software, the Audio Companion uses native speakers, allowing you to emulate their pronunciation. • Vocabulary. Words and phrases are introduced to help you build a foundation. • Phrases. Repeat whole sentences presented by a native speaker. • Speaking. Practice interacting with a native speaker. • Conversation. After listening to the conversation twice, you are prompted to repeat each phrase individually. As you listen to the audio, picture what is being talked about to help you reinforce your association of the spoken language with its meaning.
