Incredibles addresses two customer issues:
• Early detection of the accident location.
• Providing instant assistance to the accident victims.

Incredibles would provide a solution for the early detection of accident location by launching device ERD (Emergency Response Device). The device has a functionality of sending the exact coordinates to the Emergency Service Van in case of a road accident. The device uses a GPS (Global Positioning System) Module which is activated by pressure sensors whenever an accident takes place and it sends the exact coordinates of the accident location to the GSM Modem using microcontroller 8086. The Modem sends an automatic SMS about the coordinates of the accident location to the emergency van. Hence there is an early detection of the emergency location and the emergency van can reach the spot quickly and save the people affected.
For addressing the second problem of reaching the accident spot at the earliest Incredibles would provide solutions for modernizing the emergency van services with technologies like GPS SYSTEM and TOM-TOM device which shows the traffic density and searches the shortest path to be taken to reach the emergency location.

Opportunities:
According to the survey the total number of cars in Mumbai are over 8,50,000. The vehicular density in Mumbai is 700 per km and everyday 250 new cars are added to the city.
