Keeping Old Friends are better

It is more important to keep old friends than to make new friends because they are more comfortable to be with and socialize. The friendship between people is strong because they knew each other from a long time ago which will also help earning trust from each other. The most important things in friendship is trust, in other words, old friends are more reliable than new friends. When people are in trouble, they can always ask their old friends for help who will most likely be on their sides. For a true friendship, they try to help one another when they are available. They support each other anywhere, anytime even if other people are in the opposite side. Also old friends, who have shared old memories and know each other from long time ago, will know your favorite hobbies, preferences and characteristics. They can even share secrets and problems which cannot be handled with other people who cannot keep secret or take responsibilities. Thus people are more comfortable to be with old friends. These things create a tight bond and that bond creates responsibility. If they just take advantages of their friends, they will betray one another when it benefits them. It is nice to make new friends, but your first responsibility is to the friends you already have. For example, my trustworthy friend and I happen to share a lot of secrets and sometimes handle individual’s problem together. Old friends are better because cultivating a genuine friendship long time. Individuals need plenty of time to fully know each other. If we make too much friends, we might only spend a short period of time with each and every one. Also, it can be said that we would probably have no true friends. Some people make a number of friends every day .They play and laugh together, however, when it comes to an emergency, the so-called friends might not help each other.
