The organization Active Minerals has been delegated the task of providing a feasible and substantial business presence on the island of Kava that is affected by many issues, including technical, environmental and organizational on the island of Kava anticipated by AMI. Active Minerals is a mining, distribution and sales company that utilizes the Earth’s mineral resources for today’s technologically advanced world. AMI is also an environmentally responsible company and is dedicated to conserving resources, reclaiming mined land, and targeting the production of high quality industrial minerals and mineral products that are used by industries and organizations across the world. However, the issues currently affecting Active Minerals range from diverse attitudes and ideologies in the personnel, diverse market competition and conditions, and the physical location of the company. In order to find a solution to this catastrophe, our fully trained staff has devised a plan to address each of these issues individually. Consecutively AMI will then properly implement the solutions; identify factors affecting decision implementation and proposed resolutions. This will help the team to put into practice how pragmatic their solutions are. As a result, resources will be evaluated which will lead the decision-making team to communicate a clear action plan. Hence, diligently evaluate ethical implications from the stakeholders of the solutions the team is proposing. However, there are some potential risks that could affect the implementation process of the proposed solutions. This major challenge has been identified as diverse attitudes and ideologies at AMI. Therefore the team has determined that the best approach in resolving this problem is to take advantage of the multiplicity, such as brainstorming that can be used to communicate diverse ideas in group settings.
