  * This paper will show the reviewing of Tanya Truckers state of Confusion case. In this case it shows Tanya Trucker owns a trucking company in the state of Denial. This state of confusion is to enact a statute requiring all the trucks and towing trailers who use its highways to use a B-type truck hitch. Tanya is facing a problem in which she needs to purchase the hitches to go through confusion or go around it. She can only go if she buys a hitch from the one manufactured in Confusion. She faces this problem because the federal government did not regulate the truck hitches to be used on the nation’s highways. She is not happy with this and it costs her additional expenses and imposes on the business. Tanya wants to file a suit against confusion and wants to overturn the statute.
  * The federal court will have jurisdiction over Tanya’s suit because of the fact that she lives in Denial and she is filing a suit against Confusion. She will want to file the suit in the federal district. She could also file in the state court of Confusion, but the better way to go would be the federal district court since she lives in a different state. The statute is clearly unconstitutional and imposes a burden on interstate commerce. Tanya has an important duty to drive though the state which is not allowed without her having to buy the hitch.
