NARRATION OF THE CASE:
On January 16, 2009 at around 5:30 in the afternoon, Arsenio Ram Y Montress was stabbed to death while watching the festival event. Virginia Lusareto, Stepdaughter of the Arsenio Ram, saw Eugenio Rellon Y Naviel walking back and forth behind the victim who was sitting on a bench. A minute later, Eugenio suddenly held the shoulder of the victim and stabbed him with a butcher's knife. Upon seeing Eugenio Rellon Y Naviel stab the victim...
