COMPLAINT
Comes now the plaintiff, Justin King, by and through his attorney and alleges as follows: I. PARTIES
1. Plaintiff, Justin King, for all times mentioned herein, was and is a resident of Kansas City, Missouri. 2. The defendant, Anheuser Busch, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, with its principal place of business in the State of Missouri. The defendant, Anheuser Busch, therefore is a resident of the state of Missouri. Further, the defendant Anhueser Busch is authorized to do, and in fact does, business in the State of Missouri. II: JURISDICTION AND VENUE

3. This court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action pursuant to Mo. Rev. Stat. § 478.070.
4. Venue is proper in this court pursuant to Mo. Rev. Stat. § 508.010.1 because the plaintiff, Justin King, is a resident of the State of Missouri, and the defendant, Anheuser Busch is a resident of the State of Missouri, and the corporation is located in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. III. STATEMENT OF FACTS

5. On April 8, 2004, plaintiff, Justin King was traveling south of Chicago on Interstate 57 on his black Harley Davidson motorcycle. 6. Plaintiff, Justin King, was driving south bound on Interstate 57 in the left hand lane. 7.
