Scenario
As an consultant, you are giving consultancy service to the business organisations for their economic development. As a part of your job, you have to give consultancy service for a renowned company for their further development.
To attempt this assignment select a multinational company (manufacturing, trading or service) of your choice preferably from the United Kingdom or EU countries.
You are expected to draw on course material and concepts where appropriate.

TASK : 01
As a consultant, assess the company’s performance after discussing the following issues: (1000 words)
a) Explain the importance of the micro-economic environment to business organisations
b) Analyse business objectives and business behaviour in the economic context
c) Analyse the impact of market structures on business organisations
(LO to be covered : 1.1, 1.2, 1.3)

TASK : 02
Based on the location (country) for your chosen company, write a feasibility report to the management by focusing the following points : (1000 words)
a) Explain determinants of national income of the selected country
b) Explain the impact of government policies on the economy for that country
c) Analyse the impact of the macro-economic environment on business organisation that you selected
(LO to be covered : 2.1, 2.2, 2.3)

TASK : 03
Your chosen company wants to expand their business to the Asian region. Before setup their business to that area, as a consultant of the company, you need to – (800 words)
a) Analyse features of the international economic environment
b) Analyse the economic implications for business of operating in a global business
