g. I love to swim. I have heard that swinging is one of the best exercises for you. I am not sure, but I could swim all the time if I could.

g. This was just a birthday party, but It was very exhausting! I haven’t been to a roller skating ring in years. Had a lot of fun, and defiantly got my heart rate up and sweat some pounds off.

g. I went to walk with my Aunt back home for the Cancer Center. We walked most of the say all around town. We would take little breaks about every hour. There where about 300 hundred people walking.
