Job satisfaction is basically how people feel regarding their jobs and different characteristic s of their jobs. It is the extent to which people are satisfied or dissatisfied for their jobs. As it is generally evaluated, job satisfaction is mainly a variable that depends on attitude of different people. In the past, job satisfaction was managed by some conclusions from the viewpoint of need fulfillment that either it met the employee’s physical and psychological needs for the things provided by work or did not. this method has been de-emphasized because now most studies tend to focus attention on mental processes rather than on below lying needs. The attitudinal viewpoint has become the main one in the study of job satisfaction. It can be measured as a global sense about the job. The global method in used when the total or lowest line attitude is of interest. The concept of job satisfaction is closely linked to that of engagement. Job satisfaction discusses the approaches and feelings individuals have about their work. Optimistic and promising attitudes towards the job lead to engagement and therefore job fulfillment. Negative and opposed attitudes regarding the job indicate job disappointment.

• The employee should trust that the organization will be filling on the long run • Employees will care about the quality of the work they are assigned to. • Employees will create and deliver greater value to the client. • Employees are more enthusiastic to the organization they work for. • Employees works are more creative.
A study on the level job satisfaction of personnel in Sudanese construction firms
The research results is based on a questionnaire that has been analyzed and discussed to get the following:
1. Satisfaction with pay
The first element of job satisfaction index is satisfaction with pay. Table 1shows that the respondents who dissatisfied with pay scored the highest percent 51.1; the second score was 32.6% for the satisfied respondents, while the least score was for uncertain with a percentage of 17.9. Base on the above result of satisfaction with pay, the majority of respondents were dissatisfied with it.

Satisfactions with co-personnel
The second element of job satisfaction index is satisfaction with co personnel. Table 2presents the level of satisfaction with co- personnel in Sudanese construction industry according to the survey. The table shows that the respondents who satisfied with co-personnel scored the highest score 65.4, the second score was for uncertain with a percent 23.1, while the least score was for the respondents who dissatisfied with co- personnel with a percentage of 11.5.
