QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  * University graduate and/or applied sales and marketing diploma.
  * Minimum of two years marketing, promotions, event planning, and execution experience.
  * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  * Experience and knowledge working with such programs as Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excel, and Office.
  * Experience and knowledge using the internet for research and communication through social media.
  * Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with team and resort members.
  * This person must understand the value of creating and maintaining a sense of urgency.
  * This individual must have a personality and character that enjoys customer care and can maintain energy and enthusiasm for guests and surrounding staff.
  * Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and work with a high level of efficiency.
  * This individual must pose an understanding in regards to the sensitivity of offering opportunities equally amongst resort members and hold a base understanding on working cooperatively with a membership base.
  * Previous experience working in a committee environment and coordinating events.
  * A passion for the mountain environment and providing an extraordinary guest experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Village Communication and Engagement
  * Develops opportunities for commercial members to participate and engage in resort wide activities and events.
