Description: Growing financial consulting company is seeking an administrative assistant to help with our growing business needs. We are a fast paced company with a growing cliental. Position will be responsible for managing the company’s business proposals by preparing new proposals and updated out dated business proposals. Other duties will include maintaining all business development plans as well as manage other clerical duties on an as needed basis.
Experience: Needs to have working knowledge of Desktop Publisher 2003/2007 and Microsoft Word 2003/2007. Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in business proposal writing as well as experience working for a financial consulting firm.
Required Skills: Self starter, motivated, must be able set and manage own tasks and must be able to prioritize tasks according to urgency. Candidate must be able to work independently.
When I saw this posting I thought it was very vague in it description of what kind of employee they are looking for and the company may have a hard time finding an employee that would fit the needs they have.
