Q1. Conduct an environmental audit for easy jet. Examine how it has influenced its International Marketing Strategy? Easy Jet airline is one of the biggest airline companies in UK. The exact aim and purpose of this company is to provide to the customers a service with proper value, safely time to time air services. Is this company following the environmental roles? This is the reason for auditing the company. In this audit there are 5 members in a team for investigating the company for audit. Audit has been done in 30 March 2013. By seeing the case audit has been done. Easy Jet was not profitable but between 1998 and 2002. The company has now been listed on the UK Stock Exchange. The PESTLE analysis should be used to provide a context for the organisation’s role in relation to the external environment. It covers Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental factors. Easy jet airline use technologies that are economical and easy than other systems. These systems are socially approval as modern times are very depended on internat. It helps to minimize the worst of time. It has no political influence and it’s legal. That’s why Easy Jet can minimize the risk by using it. Michael Porter provided a framework that models an industry as being influenced by five forces. The strategic business manager seeking to develop an edge over rival firms can use this model to better understand the industry context in which the firm operates
