INTRODUCTION
A Java editor is a type of program used for editing plain text files. A plain text file is represented and edited by showing all the characters as they are present in the file. The only characters usable for 'mark-up' are the control characters of the used character set; in practice this is newline, tab and form feed. The most commonly used character set is ASCII, especially recently, as plain text files are more often being used for programming and configuration, and less frequently for documentation (e.g. detailed instructions, user guides) than in the past.
Interaction through speech has two sides namely input which involves recognition of speech and output which requires speech to be synthesised. The recognition problem on the whole has received far more attention than synthesis. Text to speech systems are show huge presence in telecommunication services by making it possible to access textual information. It is also provide specific changes in voice process by editing the text file.
PROBLEM STATEMENTS
Today it’s a business oriented world where time and money plays a very crucial factor that prevent the user of being in touch with his/her friends. So, the only way to remain in touch with friends is through voice message.
So, Java Editor is the project which allows the user to keep in touch with our old friends and also allows to making some new ones message.
The main objective is to provide user an easy to access and at the same time protect confidential data or information of the user respecting their privacy.
The main aim is to provide a user friendly, through which the user can easily communicate with other people by text to speech ways. In our we have provided the user with user friendly options by creating, the user has to click on the appropriate option and he/she will be give the information to other by text to speech communication way.
