The Ripper’s Mystery
Mysteries and supernatural events have fascinated humanity for centuries. One of those mysteries was” Jack the Ripper” who terrorized London in 1888 and even the whole world.
The name 'Jack the Ripper' has become the most infamous in the annals of murder. Yet, the amazing fact is that his identity remains unproven today. In the years 1888-1891, the name was regarded with terror by the residents of London's East End, and was known the world over. So shrouded in myth and mystery is this story that the facts are hard to identify at this remove in time. Although the number of kills under the belt of Jack the Ripper is unofficial, it is estimated to be around four to seven women, all prostitutes. He also had no accomplice’s or accessories to the crime. His method of attack was to let these prostitutes “seduce” him into using them for their services, which at that time he would strangle, making them unconscious in order to kill them. This was all done by stalking the victims. Jack the Ripper was a sly and sneaky person.
Numerous suspects were questioned, until the time when the doctors concluded after examining the victims that the Ripper was a doctor. Since the way he handles the knife was light which shows he had studied medicine. In addition, that discovery reduced the number of suspects. Moreover, every victim had a part of her reproductive organs missing, which shows that the Ripper took it as a trophy.
