Introduction
Background of the study
Nowadays, every Filipino people are experiencing the so called crisis, in our day to day life we always experienced that the value of our peso is getting smaller. Some of our fellow Filipino did not meet the basic standard of living and they are experiencing poverty or destitution it refers to the state of severe deprivation of basic human needs, which commonly includes food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter, health care, education and information.  For most of history poverty had been mostly accepted as inevitable as traditional modes of production were insufficient to give an entire population a comfortable standard of living. The Philippine government during the time of former president GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO creates a solution to minimize poverty in our country. This is through the program of PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM or 4P’s. The government assigned the Department of Social Welfare and Development to have a massive monitoring to determine which Pilipino families are able to be the beneficiaries of 4P’s. The agency assigns some employees to go to the different places in our country to conduct a massive research about the annual income of the Filipino family to suite to be as a beneficiary. The enumerator of the agency has a difficulty in gathering data, because it is hard for them to enter different kind of status for each beneficiaries.

In relation to this, the proponent proposed to have a Computerized Monitoring System for 4P’s to help the enumerators in DSWD to monitor the 4P’s beneficiaries and make their work more fast and easy.

Patterned after the conditional cash transfer scheme implemented in other developing countries, the Pantawid Pamilya provides cash grants to benefeciaries provided that they comply with the set of conditions required by the program. The main objectives of the programs is to be able to provide cash assistance to the poor to alleviate their immediate needs and to break the intergenerational poverty cycle through investments in human capital.
