Today, IT is pervasive in organizations and is mandatory link between enterprises. Hence, it affects every aspects of organizational performance and is leading to the formation of “business ecosystems” in which organizations operate. Proper deployment of IT can determine an organization’s growth, direction, structure, and viability.
IT strategy is particularly looks after organizations overall objectives, principles and tactics relating to technologies that will lead to organization development.
