(1) Surah 2-Al-Baqarah verse 188
And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful].

This ayah tells that what Islam prohibit us in consumption. According to this ayah, we should not take others property without the owners’ concerned. We should not also give or receive bribe as to do these things is a sin in Islam. This ayah related to consumption, as it tells us what we should not consume. As a consumer we should not consume others wealth as it is consider Haram.

(2) Surah 3-Al-Imran verse 130

(3) Surah 4 An-Nisa’ verse 2
And give to the orphans their properties and do not substitute the defective [of your own] for the good [of theirs]. And do not consume their properties into your own. Indeed, that is ever a great sin.

This ayah also related to consumption. We cannot consume orphans’ properties into our own. It is haram in Islam. Therefore as a consumer we have to prohibit taking orphans’ properties as it is against Islamic teaching.

Those are they who have traded errancy (at the price of) guidance; so, in no way has their commerce gained (anything) and in no way have they been rightly-guided.
