In the following essay, I am going to talk about religion traditions. What a religious tradition says, what a religious tradition does, and what a religious tradition organizes. The two religions that I am going to talk about is Islam and Hinduism.
There are many religious traditions in the world today. There is Islam, Hinduism. In Islam, it says that people should pray five times a day, fast in the month of Ramadan. It is said that if people, do not do what Islam tells you to do, then people will go to hell. There is a story in which god told Prophet Mohammed that he has one wish, and e can wish for anything. Mohammed wished that everyone who would follow Islam would go to heaven, but only after they pay for the sins that they had committed. It is also said that, after people paid for their sins they would have a black dot on their head. So they can feel ashamed of themselves, and people would know that they came from hell. The Muslims read the Quran as their holy book. In Islam once someone turns 18 and starts earning money they must do a pilgrimage to Mecca, and go do a Hajj. Muslims main praying day is Friday; on that day everyone leaves work and goes to the closet masjid and go pray. Muslims celebrate only two holidays one is Eid-Al- Fitr and the other one is Eid-Bakr. In Eid-Ai-Fitr people go to a masjid in the morning, and after they are done praying they give the younger siblings money.
On Eid-Al-Bakr, it is the same thing people go pray in the morning, but instead of getting money, it is required to go to a farm and hand cut a goat, and there is a whole story behind that. The story is that Abraham said that he loved his son more than anything, and so god ordered Abraham to kill his son by cutting his throat. Abraham was confused at what to do, he loved his son a lot but did not want to disobey god. His son go ahead it is ok it is the will of God.
